Paul Ching
Dentist
Dr. Ching is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco Dental School, along with being alumni of Santa Clara University and Punahou. He has been providing quality dental care for 31 years.
To provide the highest level of care, he continues to invest his time in staying on top of the latest advances in dentistry. He is a graduate of the Kois Center (an advanced evidence-based dental teaching center). He completed the St. Francis General Practice Residency. He is a member of the Seattle Study Club, Hawaii Dental Forum, Gordon Christensen International Study Club, Hawaii Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He gives back to the community by volunteering with the Dental Lifeline Network and providing dental treatment for the Queen’s Transplant Center.
Dr. Ching values the time he gets to spend with his family. He also enjoys woodworking and fishing.
Marie Foronda
Office Manager
Marie has been a dental office manager for 20 years. She is responsible for patient and business scheduling, dental insurance management, treatment coordination, and all other day-to-day office operations. She loves our patients and makes sure that every patient receives the highest quality care and attention at every visit.
Marie loves to spend time and travel with her husband and daughter. She enjoys shopping, organizing, and selling on eBay.
Marcia Kathrine Carino
Lead Dental Assistant & Patient Coordinator (Marcie)
Marcie was born in Manila, Philippines, and lived there for the first seven years of her life. She emigrated from the Philippines with her mother to California and graduated from Ursuline Academy. After high school, she attended Hawaii Pacific University and received a Bachelor of Science in Math at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Marcie found her passion in dentistry by pure chance. As someone who never enjoyed going to the dentist as a kid, she grew to love dentistry and found the field fascinating. She plans to go back to college to get her BS in Dental Hygiene at UH Manoa.
Outside of work, Marcie is an avid cosplayer, seamstress, cook, and baker. She has taught herself how to sew made many cosplay costumes and outfits. Cooking and baking have always been relaxing and fun for her. She enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures. Marcie loves to spend her free time with her favorite man, a Pomeranian dog named Mochi.
Krizia Macadangdang
Dental Hygienist
Krizia is a graduate of Farrington High School and obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Before becoming a dental hygienist, Krizia worked as a dental assistant for over 6 years. Krizia enjoys interacting and developing good relationships with her patients and focuses on their individual dental needs to make dental visits a wonderful experience. Krizia always hopes to make a positive impact on her patients and enjoys seeing her patients leave their appointments with a bright beautiful smile.
Outside of work, Krizia spends a lot of time with her family, friends, and another half. She enjoys shopping, watching drama, karaoke, and trying out new restaurants and different cultural dishes to eat. She hopes to travel all parts of Europe and Asia one day. Recently, Krizia has been enjoying the great outdoors.
Madoka Osugi
Dental Hygienist
Madoka is your friendly neighborhood dental hygienist. Born and raised in Moiliili, O’ahu as a second-generation Japanese, she is bilingual in both English and Japanese. Madoka is a Kaimuki High School alumni and a graduate from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelors’s in Science and a minor in the Japanese language. Madoka’s goal as a dental hygienist is to use her knowledge and skills to provide the best dental care and education to the community that she loves.
Some of her hobbies include singing karaoke, hip-hop dancing, and Muay Thai kickboxing. Her favorite, however, is trying new eateries and taking photos of the food.
Autazia Munoz
Dental Assistant (Tazia)
Tazia is the newest and most artistic member of our team. She is a graduate and proud Menehune of Moanalua High School.
As a dental assistant for the past 3 years, Tazia has demonstrated excellent skills in patient care and attention to detail. Her hard working nature and problem-solving abilities make her an invaluable asset to the practice.
